At YINZERshop.com we know how frustrating it can be to take a chance on a product, only to find out it doesn't quite fit or the color isn't exactly what you need. Because of this, we want you to know that we offer a 100%, no hassle, no lies, no catch, no strings attached, no frustration guarantee. Please understand: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The “Fine Print” Returned items must be unworn / unwashed, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition and in any applicable original packaging (not having original poly bags is ok). Our return/refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
