What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS and USPS. International orders may require additional carriers.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after purchase, but made to order products and most t-shirts will ship in 2 to 5 days.
Where do you ship to?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
How do I track my order?
Soon after your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a UPS or USPS tracking number.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Meta Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yep! We sell digital gift certificates in $25, $50, and $100 denominations. If you purchase gift certificates, you will receive an email with instructions on how to use them. You can find them here .
What if I'm sending this as a gift?
Our packing slips only list the items ordered, no pricing is included on the packing slips.
What is your return and/or refund policy?

How do I return an item?
Go to our Return Product Portal and begin the process of a return. The easiest way is to go to chat and someone will help you.
What if I received incorrect or defective product with my order?
Obviously, if you received a wrong or defective item with your order, we will be sure to make it right. For shirts, the easy way is to send us pictures of the defect and any tags on the item to help us identify the info needed to replace it or start
Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
Only one discount code is allowed per order. Sometimes you can use multiple, but not often. I would give it a try and see if it works.
